This is how it works.
When you call in one of our medical agents will personally:
- Verify your membership
- Talk with you and document your current medical concern, issue or question
- Gather or update your medical history and enter your information into an HIPAA compliant electronic Personal Medical Records vault
One of our Medical Doctors, licensed in your state, will call you back for your personal consultation – typically within 30 minutes but no more than 2 hours
- The Doctor will consult with you about your medical concern
- Then, when appropriate, the Doctor can prescribe a non‐narcotic, non-controlled, non-lifestyle medication and call it into your local pharmacy except in Idaho and South Carolina
