Step 1 – Find A Local Chiropractor or Verify Your Chiropractor Participation

There are over 5,000 Chiropractors participating in our contracted network.  Use the Chiropractor Locator to verify your chiropractors participation or to find a new local chiropractor.

Step 2 – Schedule An Appointment

Simply contact the selected chiropractor directly and schedule an appointment that is convenient for schedule. The Telephone Number for each chiropractor office is listed in the Chiropractor Locator result screen. If asked about Chiropractic Care Insurance, simply let the chiropractor office know what you do not have chiropractic care insurance, but are a member of the Chiropractic Lifecare of America Program.

Step 3 – Visit Your Selected Chiropractors Office

Attend your scheduled chiropractors appointment and present your Member ID Card to the office administrator ensure that you receive the contracted Chiropractic Lifecare of America billing rates.

There is no provider in my area. How can I find one?

Simply call our membership department at (800) 775-7900 and we will contact all the doctors in your area. If you have a preferred doctor you wish to see, we will contact him/her on your behalf.

How often can I use the Lifecare card??

There is no limit to how many times you can use the program or how much money you can save. As long as you are a paid member, you may use the plan as often as you like during your membership year.

I have a pre-existing condition that needs treatment. Can I still use this plan?

Yes. There are no restrictions with the plan. Once you receive your membership card, you can visit any of the Network providers and start saving right away!

How do I find out what dental services are covered?

All routine, maintenance, preventative, complex, even reconstructive dental care is subject to deeply reduce rates.

Are My Dependents Included in the Plan?

Yes, all you dependents may take advantage of this great program.

What qualifications must a chiropractor meet to join your network?

Each one of our chiropractors undergoes a thorough credentialing process and must pass strict guidelines in order to join our network. The process includes verifying the professional’s credentials, licenses and liability coverage. Only qualified professionals are accepted for participation. We constantly update our doctor’s information and listen to our member’s comments. We take great pride in having not the largest, but the best doctors available for you.
